United States — 30-Day Return

Customers can return the Navymov products back to us for a full refund within 30 days after receiving the products.

Return shipping is responsible for the customers for returning the products back to our warehouse in Minnesota, or we can send a prepaid shipping label to the customer and deduct a flat shipping charge from the refund.

48 Contiguous States Flat return shipping charge $120.

Hawaii & Alaska Flat return shpping charge $200.

International — No Return Policy

No return policy for purchases out of the United States. Instead, we offer local resale support to help you sell your unit in your country.

Resale Support If requested, we can help connect you with other customers in your country—those who are ready to purchase our products or have already placed an order in our eStore—to see if they would prefer to buy the product locally from you instead. If a sale is made, we will transfer the 10-year parts warranty to the new owner.

We will not pass any contact information or initiate any connection without explicit consent from both you and the potential buyer.

eBay Link You may list your unit on eBay to sell, and we will be happy to post your eBay link on our International Buying Guide page of our website, so that potential buyers can find your listing more easily.

For situations not covered by these straightforward terms, we remain considerate and reasonable for customer satisfaction.

Keep the Packaging Material For potential return, please don't throw away the packaging material when you receive the product.

Restocking Fee

We may charge a restocking fee of upto 20% of purchase price for products returned without original packaging, or wear and tear beyond the normal use of the trial period. In such case we will discuss with the customer. We accept reasonalbe exceptions.
